What it does

TimeBridge turns selected or pasted scheduling text into ranked meeting options across time zones.

Highlight a scheduling message on a webpage, open TimeBridge in Chrome’s side panel, and review the people, locations, local working hours, and least-disruptive meeting options without leaving the page.

TimeBridge is designed for remote teams, international clients, distributed organizations, families, and anyone tired of manually converting meeting times.

Local-first by design:

TimeBridge processes selected text, participant names, time zones, availability, and scheduling calculations locally in the browser. It has no telemetry, advertising, analytics, or permanent webpage access.

TimeBridge does not read a user’s calendar. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar exports require explicit confirmation and send only a generic event title, the selected start and end time, and a minimal TimeBridge note to the chosen calendar provider. Participant names, selected source text, availability boundaries, scores, conflicts, alternatives, and reply drafts are excluded.

The .ICS export remains entirely local.

Who it helps

Remote teams, international organizations, freelancers, project managers, recruiters, educators, families, and anyone coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. TimeBridge is especially useful when participants have different working hours and the organizer needs to find the least-disruptive available option.

Trust summary

DataNone. TimeBridge does not collect, upload, sell, share, or retain user data on Altru.dev servers. Selected or pasted scheduling text may contain participant names, locations, time zones, availability, or message content. This information is processed locally in the browser solely to generate meeting options. Interface preferences are stored locally. The active scheduling workspace is stored in browser session storage and can be removed with the Reset button. No passwords, browsing history, analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers, or payment information are collected.

PermissionsactiveTab — Temporarily accesses the current webpage only after the user explicitly clicks “Use selection.” This allows TimeBridge to read text the user has deliberately selected. scripting — Runs a small packaged selection-reading function in the active tab after a user action. TimeBridge does not install persistent content scripts. storage — Stores interface preferences locally and preserves the current scheduling workspace in browser session storage. sidePanel — Displays TimeBridge beside the webpage being reviewed. TimeBridge does not request permanent website access, browsing-history access, calendar access, email access, or <all_urls> permission.

NetworkTimeBridge makes no background network requests. There are no analytics, telemetry, advertisements, remote scripts, API calls, tracking pixels, WebSockets, or hidden server communication. When the user explicitly confirms a Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar export, Chrome opens the selected calendar provider in a new tab with only a generic event title, the selected start and end time, and a minimal TimeBridge note. The .ICS calendar export is generated entirely within the browser.

Chrome extension APIs — Used for temporary selected-text access, side-panel presentation, local preferences, and session workspace storage.
